AL Batavon Terms & Conditions of Payment

Important Conditions: All invoices are due for payment at the end of the following month following the month of despatch- PROMPT. We reserve the right to adjust any discounts quoted in the event of late payment. Late payment may result in loss of either all or part discounts at our discretion.

Retention of title: All goods remain the property of AL Batavon until the full value of the goods has been paid in full and the conditions of sale and terms of payment and agreement that this company will observe and comply with on all future purchases and transactions.

In processing your application for credit facilities we may make enquiries to credit reference agencies and other third parties who may record these enquiries. We may also disclose information about conduct of your account to credit reference agencies and other third parties. The information obtained from provided to credit reference agencies or other third parties might be used when assessing further applications for credit terms for debt collection, for trading and for fraud prevention.

I/we hereby confirm that the credit facilities are approved the account will be paid as per normal monthly terms, and I/we personally guarantee, jointly and severally to indemnify you for any amount outstanding from time to time on the paid account, in the event of non-payment by the company in whose name such credit is hereby sought I also agree, personally, and on behalf of the company, to pay at the rate of interest of 4% above base rate per annum on any amounts outstanding for more than 30 days. I hereby acknowledge that by opening the account under the hitherto name of AL Batavon I/We the undersigned confirm that trading will be via the identity of AL Distributors (Batavon) and AL Lintels (Batavon) Ltd. All invoices received from the aforementioned will be subject to the above terms and conditions.
